Division B will be hosting additional Club Officer Training sessions.  This round of Club Officer Training will focus on discussion about your role, what is working and what challenges you may be facing.  You will benefit by sharing the experiences of other officers also serving in your role.  Your club will benefit from the increased knowledge and skill that you bring back with you.

 As Club Officers, the Distinguished Club Program requires that we complete training twice each year.  Attending one of these sessions will fulfill that requirement – but more importantly, it will enable you to better serve your club and your fellow Toastmasters.

What you need to do:

1. Please RSVP to divbspecial@gmail.com  – indicate the session you will be attending, your club name and your executive office.
2. Read your Club Leadership Handbook – especially the section that covers your officer position.
3. Prepare your questions and comments to bring to the discussion session.

The trophies have been missing for at least two years.

If  you know the person who has the trophy for Newsletter Of the Year or Rookie of the Year, please have them contact me at divb@d42tm.org.  We’d like to get those trophies engraved and have them available to pass along to the next winners.

Feb 5 UPDATE:

The Newsletter Of the Year trophy has been found!  YEAH.   Please check with your clubs for Rookie of the Year trophy – it’s been missing for more than 2 years.  It would be great if we could get that back this year.
